Chef Sebastiaan Hoogewerf, Pastry chefs at The Okura Prestige Bangkok have created new delicacies for the hotel’s retail bakery outlet La Pâtisserie in readiness for the upcoming mango season in Thailand. New items for sale from 1-31 May 2014 include mango cheesecake, tango cake, macaroons, choux cream and trifle verrine. Prices start at Baht 120 including government tax.
La Patisserie, located on the first floor of the Park Ventures Ecoplex, opens 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays. Mango lovers enjoy easy access to La Pâtisserie from the BTS at Phloen Chit station.
