NOVOTEL Bangkok IMPACT is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Claire Gruel as Assistant F&B Manager. Claire graduated from Business school with the fascination for China and Chinese culture. She studied Mandarin with a minor in banking and asset management in Dalian. After graduation, Claire chose the bustling city of Shanghai as her next destination to pursue her career in hospitality and service. She worked as F&B Coordinator at Novotel Shanghai Atlantis and was later promoted to Assistant F&B Manager for 2 years.
With the passion for hospitality,Claire haslearned and developed many skills, and was in charge of many tasks and responsibilities assuring the achievement of optimum food & beverage cost percentage,services and quality on a regular basis. Claire is looking forward to working hand in hand with the colleagues to deliver the best for the customers.
