Bangkok, 25 April 2014 –ThaiNamthip Company Limited, Coca-Cola’s bottling partner under The Coca-Cola system in Thailand and Thailand’s leading beverage manufacturer and distributor, has made steps to enhance its leadership in Thai beverage industry by forming an official three-year partnership with Thai Agro Exchange Company Limited, the operator of “Talaad Thai”, Southeast Asia’s largest total agricultural market. Under this partnership, ThaiNamthip Ltd will be the only exclusive partner to sell sparkling beverages of The Coca-Cola Company at Talaad Thai. In addition, ThaiNamthip will invest in a marketing budget during this three-year agreement to support drinking shops at Talaad Thai in order to help grow their business.
Under this partnership, which will begin next month and continue to April 2017, ThaiNamthip and Talaad Thai will work together to enable drinking shops at Talaad Thai to grow their business, ranging from offering a variety of sparkling beverages under The Coca-Cola Company namely “Coke” “Fanta” “Sprite” “Schweppes” and “A&W Root Beer” through ThaiNamthip’s highly efficient distribution channel; providing them with selling strategies and point-of-sale materials supported by Coca-Cola’s world-class standard; offering business consultancy and training; assisting their sales with promotional and marketing activities as well as conducting research of shop and consumer behaviors and providing feedback for business development and improvement. All of these activities will be managed under ThaiNamthip’s marketing budget.
