BMA, Coca-Cola Foundation and TIPMSE Announce the Success of Recycle360๐ Project

Bangkok--6 May--Hill Knowlton Bangkok, April 29, 2014 – The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA)’s Environment Department and Chatuchak District Office by Jumpol Sumpaopol, Deputy Governor of Bangkok (2nd from left), The Coca-Cola Foundation Thailand by Nuntivat Thamhatai, Director (far left), and Thailand Institute of Packaging and Recycling Management for Sustainable Environment (TIPMSE) by Yutthapong Wattanalapa, Director of TIPMSE (3rd from left) recently announced the success of Recycle 360º Project, the integrated solid waste and recycled materials management program launched in Chatuchak sub-district, Chatuchak district and implemented during 2011-2012 through integrated activities. The program also presented honored plates from the Bangkok Governor with prizes to first winners from community and office building with excellent solid waste management. The Chatuchak Model will be used as the model for integrated solid waste and recycled materials management in other BMA’s areas in the future.
