During 9th – 17th May, Dynasty Chinese Restaurant at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok is staging a menu entitled “Glorious Peking Duck”
Master Chef Kam is blending original ingredients with modern cooking styles and thus creating a contemporary menu with stir-fried roasted Peking duck with pepper, roasted Peking duck wrapped with rice flour, braised Peking duck meat soup or stir-fried sliced roasted Peking duck with bean sprouts among other creations.
