Maya is honoured to receive Thailand’s Best Restaurants 2014 certificate recognition from Thailand Tatler publication recently. Maya is now listed as one of the top restaurants to visit in Bangkok and is one of the 40 restaurants this year to receive the certificate. The certificate was handed to Maya’s management team by Thailand Tatler’s Editor-in-Chief, Khun Naphalai Areesorn. This unique Indian rooftop dining and bar venue is located on the 29th floor at Holiday Inn Bangkok Sukhumvit 22, specialized in authentic Nortern Indian cuisine and rich flavour kebabs marinated in home-made masala recipes by the restaurant’s head chef Hardip Bhatia. Kebabs and breads at Maya are being cooked in the authentic charcoal Tandoor ovens which the guests can enjoy the excitement of viewing the chefs in action from the large mirrored open kitchen.
The bar scene at Maya features DJ Kris Tolani with chill out music daily starting from 7.30 p.m. Refreshing signature cocktails, mocktails, beers, single malts, a large selection of wine from many famous wine regions worldwide can be ordered along with snack size meals to complement the drinks at Maya.
The outdoor lounge provides a perfect venue for cigar and sheesha lovers. Maya serves original Cuban cigars and sheesha with your choice flavour.
