Mrs. Pkun Srimahunt, First Executive Vice President & Head of the Mortgage Business Division, Siam Commercial Bank, and Mr. Vittakarn Chandavimol, Chief Strategic Marketing Officer, AP (Thailand) Plc have joined hands to offer a competitive home loan campaign at the Rethink Space by AP Fair. The special offer lets loan applicants choose between a mere 0.5% interest rate for the first year or a waiver of the 1% mortgage fee. In addition, for transfers made by 30 June 2014, loan applicants with loan amounts of 5 million baht or above will be entitled to enjoy a "Get a Home Loan... Get a Free Ticket" promotion worth 8,000 baht from THAI's Eurng Luang Tour, while those with loans amounts of 1- 4.99 million baht will receive hotel vouchers for 1 night worth 4,000 baht AP will also launch three new condominium projects at the fair, comprising RHYTHM Asoke II, RHYTHM Sukhumvit 36 - 38, and Aspire Ratchada - Wongsawang, in addition to 12 existing projects in good locations.
