Throughout the month of May 2014, Chef Alberto Bruni from “Acqua” Italian restaurant, Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya invites you to come and enjoy a wide variety of white asparagus menus. The traditional accompaniment of Hollandaise sauce is available with the added pleasure of smoked salmon or Parma ham. Fettuccine is also served with white asparagus, smoked salmon and saffron cream while the grilled Australian Wagyu tenderloin and Barramundi fillets are escorted by white asparagus and Hollandaise sauce. Prices start from THB 690++ (subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT).
