Mr. Chatri Inchit (left), Map Ta Phut EH&S Delivery Leader of Dow Chemical Thailand, recently received ‘Green Industry Certificate Level 3 (Green System)’ from Dr.Witoon Simachokedee (right), Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Industry, at Ambassador City Jomtien Pattaya in Chonburi. Dow’s 3 plants receiving the certificates on May 6th, 2014 are Specialty Elastomer Plant of Siam Synthetic Latex Co., Ltd., Propylene Oxide Plant of MTTP HPPO Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Photovoltaic Films Plant of Dow Chemical Thailand Ltd. To be certified for Green Industry Certificate Level 3 (Green System), a plant is required to have a systematic environmental management as well as to follow up, evaluate and review it for continual development. Also the plant has been awarded for recognized environmental management and qualified for the environmental management standards.
