Natural Park Public Company Limited recently held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2014 at the Grand Ballroom in the Golden Tulip Sovereign Hotel. The meeting was led by Mr. Sakthip Krairiksh, Chairman of Natural Park Public Company Limited (N-Park) (4th left) and Mr. Nakorn Laksanakarn, Managing Director (3rd left), together with members of the N-Park board. The meeting approved all resolutions on the agenda including approval of the Balance Sheet and the Profit and Loss Statement of the Company for the year end 31 December 2013, to consider and appoint new directors in place of the directors retiring from office by rotation, and to approve amendments to the plans for utilizing capital to develop both exist and future projects.
