TTW shows 1Q2014 total revenue by 1.3 billion baht along with its investment plan in Myanmar

Bangkok--21 May--TTW Mr. Chaiwat Utaiwan TTW New Manaing Director mentions that 1Q2014 financial statement of the company and its subsidiaries record the total revenue by 1,389 million baht and the net profit by 717 million baht, respectively decreasing from that in 1Q2013. This is mainly because the company and its subsidiaries have no the transaction of corporate income tax as company to that in 1Q2013 by 325 million baht. Regarding the water sales for the first 3 month, the company and its subsidiaries record the water sales of 68.17 million cu.m. increasing by 1.6% from that in 1Q2013. Also, its total assets, liabilities and equities as of 31 March 2014 are 23,719 million baht, 13,383 million baht and 10,336 million baht, respectively as well as its debt to equity of 1.29 times. Mr. Chaiwat adds that "concerning the future investment, the company will focus mainly on tap water business as its core business by planning the capacity expansion in the service area of Pathum thani, Samut sakorn and Nakhon pathom to serve the rising water demand from industrial, commercial and household sector in the future with the investment cost by 2.2 billion baht.
