Mr. Pascal Jolivet (third from left), owner and founder of the youngest and most dynamic wine estate in France’s Loire Valley, hosted a special “Magic of Nature” wine dinner at Trisara Phuket recently. Domaine Pascal Jolivet specializes in the wines of Sancerre and Pouilly Fume with a philosophy of devotion to natural winemaking, free from human influences.
