Arnoma Hotel Bangkok has been HIS MSC’s client since 90’s. At first, they implemented HIS Paragon System on an IBM Mini System platform which today calls Epitome for i-Series or E4I. They have been using E4I for more than a decade and today Arnoma Hotel Bangkok decided to move ahead by selecting Infor HMS - Property Management System provided by HIS MSC to help them improving guest service and operation.
Currently the hotel is under renovation in several areas and target to be finished by end of June 2014. The system implementation will start by second week of June and will Go-Live on 1st July 2014.
