Don Giovanni Restaurant, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, is presenting a special menu of Mediterranean cuisine, created by Italian Chef Stefano and available during 18-26 June 2014.
Fresh from the Mediterranean, delicacies will include specialties such as marinated sardine with lemon served with extra virgin olive oil and bread croutons, thin-sliced sea bass roasted with braised spinach and balsamic dressing zucchini salad, deep-fried cod fish fillet Livonese with tomato and caper sauce, and oven baked sea bream fillet with raisin and pine nuts with garden herbs and white wine reduction.
