TPARK confirms rising demand for warehouses in Wangnoi area with continuing expansion of consumer, modern trade and logistics providing business. TPARK Wangnoi 1 has been fully rented out while TPARK Wangnoi 2 receives excellent response from customers.
Mr. Patan Somburanasin, Managing Director of TPARK - TICON Logistics Park Co., Ltd., the leading logistics warehouse and facility developer for lease in Thailand said, “ After the flood crisis in 2011, a number of manufacturers and operators decided to relocate their warehouses from Wangnoi to other areas. However, with the flood prevention measures announced by the government and relevant organizations, confidence in Wangnoi area has been regained. At the same time Wangnoi still remains an ideal distribution center for consumer products, modern trade and logistics providers resulting in growing demand for warehouses.”
“Following the great success of TPARK Wangnoi 1 which has been fully leased out within 3 years, TPARK realizes the continually increasing demand for high quality warehouses as well as the consistent expansion of various industrial and business sectors in Wangnoi area. We therefore develop TPARK Wangnoi 2 on a 640 rai piece of land. The project is divided into 2 phases. The first phase, which is now being developed, covers 320 rai with a total space of 250,000 sq m of warehouses for lease. At present 35,000 sq. m. has been leased out and a number of customers have started operation in the Ready-Built Warehouses. We have also signed contract with customers in consumer product segment to develop the cold storage warehouses which are specifically developed to meet the customers’ specific requirements.” said Mr. Patan.
