Rachvipa MRI Center (RMC), the first Thai center of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) in ASEAN has accomplished the accreditation of the Joint Commission International (JCI). Rachvipa MRI Center (RMC) is one of ASEAN’s leading medical imaging service providers, driving with the professionals of diagnosis radiology, committed to deliver outstanding imaging result with uncompromising standards.
Dr.Wiwan Nitiwarangkul, the founder of Rachvipa MRT Center disclosed that MRI is a medical imaging technique used in radiology to investigate the anatomy and function of the body in both health and disease. Using strong magnetic fields and radio waves which are no any harm to the body, the MRI scanners send out radio waves into the body and get back that waves to evaluate the image of the body, for example, the image of brain, spine, liver, kidney or joint with high resolution and clear image. Consequently, the tissues of the body are distinguished between normal and disorder.
Founded since 2008, Rachvipa MRI Center was established with the team of professionals of diagnosis radiology, including radiologists, technologists, and administrators – each with more than 20 years of experiences. Rachvipa MRI Center has been positioned as the leader in quality and set the vision to become the best in the region. The direction of Rachvipa MRI Center has been to recruit board-certified fellowship-trained sub-specialty radiologists, and top technologists in the field, and invest in cutting-edge MRI technology. The center had been designed and built the whole facility from the ground with the sole purpose of delivering the best imaging service possible – providing MRI and CT diagnosis, screening and health check-up service for hospitals, doctors, patients, or any individual who decide that clarity over his or her own health condition can be life-saving. Hence, the center became the first MRI center in Thailand to be accredited ISO 9001:2008 in our first year of service.
Recently in March, 2014, to affirm our commitment to quality, Rachvipa MRI Center became the first MRI center in the ASEAN to be accredited by Joint Commission International (JCI), one of the most respected standards in the international medical community. To ensure the standard, quality and safety among both local and international market, the accreditation of JCI, seen in the qualified and famous hospitals, is the top priority of the center. Proudly, Rachvipa MRI Center is the first MRI center in ASEAN accredited by JCI, awarding and showing the high standard of Thai in this creditability.
