Throughout the month of July 2014, Chef Alberto Bruni at “Acqua” Italian Restaurant, Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya invites you to take the taste test as we are sure you will not be disappointed. The iconic fish of Australia, Barramundi, is the gastronomic item under the spotlight at Acqua in this month. Fresh fillets are served on a pumpkin and mushroom puree or with a pachino tomato-caper-black olive sauce. Homemade ravioli will also receive a barramundi filling and is served in a light tomato and thyme salsa. Prices start from THB 650++ (subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT).
