Two bakers from Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya’s pastry kitchen earned medals at the Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge 2014 recently. Jamnong Sesathit (left), Demi Chef earned a gold medal in the “4 Different Individually Western Plated Desserts” category, and Lerdpong Changlek (right), Commis III earned a silver medal in the “Petits Fours and Pralines” category.
