Dow Chemical Thailand led by Mr. Jirasak Singmaneechai (second row, 7th from right), Managing Director, together with SCG Chemicals Co., Ltd. and the Thai Institute of Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry (TIChE) hosted a presentation ceremony for the 7th Science & Technology Initiative and Sustainability Awards (STISA) at the Swissotel Le Concorde Bangkok. Organized with the concept “Product and Process Design Contest for Green Industry,” the competition encouraged the youth to learn and develop their potential in research with focus on sustainable use of resources and development of business planning in order to commercialize their work in the real business world. This year, the competition welcomed 76 research projects from 20 educational institutions nationwide.
