The SEC Board Meeting No. 7/2014 resolved to appoint three persons to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Board of Governors, as follows: (1) Mr. Subhak Siwaraksa; (2) Mrs. Jotika Savanananda; and (3) Mr. Somchai Thaisanguanvorakun.
The new governors will take office for a two-year term from August 11, 2014 to August 10, 2016.
