Don Giovanni Restaurant, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok is featuring the world of Tuscan cuisine with a dinner menu specially paired with top wines from renowned Tuscany wineries during 9 – 19 July 2014.
Tuscany Treats will include specialties such as octopus and potato salad with extra virgin olive oil lemon dressing, traditional seafood stew with garlic bruschetta, slowly braised wild boar with porcini mushrooms and Chianti wine and grilled Fiorentina steak with braised spinach and cannellini beans in tomato and herb sauce.
