The World and Ginger restaurants at Centara Grand at CentralWorld are now featuring premium Australian grass-fed T-bone steak teriyaki style or with baked potato served to your table as well as a free flow of selected wines at the price of just Baht 1,855++ per person.
This buffet offers a wide selection of dishes such as duck confit white bean salad, smoked salmon and asparagus salad, shellfish on ice, oyster and cooked shrimps with dipping, lamb leg carving, Wagyu steak, lamb shawarma, Lebanese kibbeh, lamb sweetbreads with warm olive and tomato vinaigrette, baked cod fish medallions with smoked paprika cream and shellfish lime salsa, and an assortment of pastries for dessert.
Add to your meal experience with a touch of Asian cuisine which includes spicy beef salad, roasted Peking duck, BBQ roasted pork, egg noodle with shrimp wanton soup and fried noodle with XO sauce prepared at the Chinese station; crab stick in mayonnaise, miso soup, chicken curry, yakisoba and beef strip loin from the Japanese station; and from the carving station a variety of tempura. Also from the buffet table is a Mongolian station.
