Bangkok--23 Jul--Krungthai Card Mr. Rathian Srimongkol, President & Chief Executive Officer of “KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, says “KTC is in the process of offering the debentures no. 5/2557 with a term of 2 years, 11 months and 30 days with fixed interest rates of 4.00% per annum for the first year, 4.25% per annum for the second year and 4.50% per annum for the third year. This averages to 4.24% per annum and is paid every three months. The debentures offering amount is not exceeding 2,000 Million Baht. Offering periods are August 13th and 14th, 2014 for individual, non-institutional holders of KTC148A debentures which will be due on August 6th; and August 15th and 18th, 2014 for general individual, as a means for savings. Subscription amount is 100,000 Baht minimum with multiples of 100,000 Baht. The Debentures are unsubordinated and unsecured with a debenture holders’ representative in the name registered certificate. The principal is repaid at maturity.” “For the new debentures, holders of the KTC148A debentures will have the preferential right to subscribe as much as they want within the limit of 1,200 Million Baht in total. We have also allocated an amount of the debentures to accommodate the needs of general investors.
