The hotel and hospitality industries are increasingly dynamic and competitive.
To stay ahead and win over customers, it is essential that professionals within the industry continuously improve their skills and broaden their knowledge.
To this end, Dusit Thani College in co-operation with Asia’s No. 1 and the World’s No. 2 ranked hospitality school, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University has developed the significant program “Service Quality Leadership in the Hotel Industry” aimed at creating service quality leadership among managers and supervisory employees in hotels and other service businesses. This two-day special course will be conducted on 25 - 26 September 2014 at Dusit Thani Hotel Bangkok by Professor Kaye Chon, Dean and Chair Professor of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, who has been listed among the Who’s Who in The World. The class fee is only THB 19,800 per person (including lunches and refreshments).

This course covers the principles and practical guidelines in generating profits in the hospitality industry through service quality enhancement and customer satisfaction. Qualities of leadership in hospitality will be examined in relation to generating high customer value. Case studies will be presented to demonstrate and explain the core principles in service quality management. The course will help participants appreciate how customer satisfaction leads to an increase of profit. Methods for developing quality service, in additional to implementing service audit and evaluation systems will be discussed.
