VietJet has launched a duty free service on its international routes from Vietnam to Singapore and Bangkok (Thailand) and in doing so, becomes the first Vietnamese airline to offer passengers duty free shopping on board international flights.
To celebrate the launch of this new service, the airline will offer a 30% discount off all inflight goods from today to 22 August, 2014. The first passengers to purchase items from VietJet’s in-flight duty free shop will also have opportunities to win some wonderful gifts valued at VND500,000 (approx. Baht 1,000).
Passengers will be able to browse VietJet’s duty free catalogue to view hundreds of items and luxury goods with famous lines of perfume, cosmetics, wine, spirits and jewelry all on offer. All products sold by VietJet are authentic brands and sold in line with international duty free standards. Customers can purchase items by cash in the following currencies: US dollar, Vietnamese dong, Singaporean dollar, Thai baht, Taiwanese dollar and Malaysian ringgit.
