The wine dinner will be started with canapé at The Bar and then go onto the first appetizer with
Tiger prawn carpaccio and Tartar with cauliflower puree, couscous. The next delicacy is Slow cooked Paolo parisi egg, beef parmentier and potato espuma and follow with French Bresse Pigeon with Bigarreau cherries and barley risotto. Then taste Australian wagyu striploin beef, beef jus reduction, French bean and baby carrots. The elegant dinner will be end up with delightful dessert Mango dulcey croquant praline, mascarpone panna cotta.
