Recently, saw the culmination of three years of hard work for the the students of Sarasas Ektra School GAC ‘3’, as they received their International Global Assessment Certificates from the school Director, Mr. Pisut Yongkamol.
The school auditorium was the venue for this celebration of achievement, and the graduating students, who completed their studies four months ago, seemend just as happy to see their friends and teachers as their teachers were to see them again.
There were some outstanding achievements this year from a number of students, especially Ms. Tatpich Au-Yeung, who achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.60, and, Mr. Noppanut Nopchamnan and Mr. Nutthapol Tangserisuk who both managed to maintain a GPA of 4.0 throughout all three levels of the program. This is a very high standard of which only around six or seven students, of the thousands doing the GAC program, attain each year. These three students were presented with both financial awards and Certificates of Achievement from Mr. Antony Choi, the special guest and representative from ACT Education Solutions.
A mong the audience there were also a lot of parents of students from other GAC classes, and some from students yet to join the GAC program. It was great for them to see what possibilities there are for their own children when they too may get to the complete the course.
After all the presentations and awards, there were formal photographs followed by an excellent buffet. Students, teachers and guests mingled with each other and the conversations and photo taking went on for hours. There will be many happy memories of this wonderful evening, and it will forever be remembered as another step forward for Sarasas Ektra School.
