This Mother’s Day on Tuesday 12 August, express your love with a gourmet dinner at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit’s chic rooftop bar and restaurant, L’Appart.
Chef Jeremy has created a special sharing set menu for Mother’s Day. Bring your family together and treat mum to an evening she will never forget at our spectacular rooftop venue. Chef Jeremy is culinary maestro with a simple three-pronged philosophy of “respecting tradition, using the finest ingredients, and bringing pleasure to diners.”
On Mother’s Day, he will present some of his favourite dishes. His distinctive French cuisine inspired by Asia will include enticing starters of crab tartar with yellow Madras curry, Granny Smith apple and tomato salsa. There will also be a velvety mushroom velouté with enoki mushrooms, bacon, and cream cheese biscotti, and Cajun spiced tiger prawns with young cress and a creamy mango dressing.
Delicious main dishes will include a choice of succulent pork belly glazed with maple syrup and served with black truffle mash, perfectly cooked teriyaki glazed salmon with leek compote, and tender lamb shank with crispy shallots
The well-balanced menu will end with a selection of desserts to die for including jasmine soufflé with raspberry sauce, a refined apple tart, and a summery red berries compote.
The special Mother’s Day sharing set menu at L’Appart is just Baht 2,200++ per person. Mum dines FREE when accompanied by a minimum of 2 paying adults.
