Ginger restaurant, on Level 24 at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld, has introduced a dim sum lunch buffet at Baht 799++ per person, available every Monday to Saturday from 11.30 – 15.00 hrs throughout the months of July and August
Enjoy a choice of 30 steamed, fried or baked dim sum dishes such as crab meat and shrimp dumplings, scallop and shrimp dumplings, shrimps wrapped in seaweed, steamed shrimp and fish maw in brown sauce, pork ribs in black bean sauce, BBQ pork noodle rolls, deep-fried shrimp wantons, deep-fried spring rolls and gyoza, a Japanese version of the Chinese jiaozi dumplings
Add to your meal experience with a daily rotating menu of crispy sushi with spicy fish, stir-fried rice or noodles, Cantonese fish or meat specialties, along with desserts that include deep-fried sesame balls, sweet cream buns, mixed fruit jelly and deep-fried sweet cream buns.
