Run to promote HIV/AIDS Awareness and support those affected

Bangkok--9 Aug--Image Impact The Thailand Business Coalition on AIDS (TBCA) is organizing a mini marathon on Sunday, August 31, 2014 at the Vachirabenjatas Park in Bangkok. The event, which starts at 5:00 a.m., will be presided by BMA Deputy Governor, Khun Amorn Kitchawengkul, and aims to promote HIV/AIDS awareness and support children and adults affected with the virus. Participants can choose to enter the event either by a registration fee of THB 299 or THB 599 per runner. While proceeds from the THB 299 fee will be used to promoting HIV/AIDS education and helping people affected, proceeds from the THB 599 will go towards buying a pair of sneakers for children affected by HIV/AIDS. Every applicant will receive a T-shirt and, after completing the marathon, will be presented with a running medal.
