The World and Ginger restaurants at Centara Grand at CentralWorld are now featuring premium Escalope of Rougie Foie Gras with Rocket & Balsamic reduction or with Miso Glaze served to your table as well as a free flow of selected wines at the price of just Baht 1,855++ per person.
This buffet offers a wide selection of dishes such as Beef tenderloin Rossini with Foie Gras & Red Wine Sauce, Snow Fish with Foie Gras Emulsion, Foie Gras Pudding, Foie Gras Terrine with Cherry Port Jelly, Smoked Scallop & Mushroom Salad with Mustard Dressing, Shrimp Salad with Mango & Avocado, Smoked Salmon Platter, Beef Strip Loin and Pork Loin carving, and an assortment of pastries for dessert.
Add to your meal experience with a touch of Asian cuisine which includes Spicy Xichuan soup, roasted Peking duck, BBQ roasted pork, egg noodle with shrimp wanton soup and Stir fried Hong Kong kale in oyster sauce at the Chinese station; Pork curry, miso soup, Takoyaki, and yakisoba from the Japanese station; and from the carving station a variety of tempura. Also from the buffet table is a Mongolian station.
A highlight of a single serving of Escalope of Rougie Foie Gras with Rocket & Balsamic reduction is served at your table at The World, and Escalope of Rougie Foie Gras with Miso Glaze will be served at your table at Ginger.
