Regent Phuket Cape Panwa in collaboration with the Andaman Wine Club hosted a premium wine dinner, “Donnafugata Wine Dinner”, presented a multi-course dinner exclusively featuring the beautifully made, elegant wines of the world-class winery. Donnafugata is one of the very few that has received a permanent red star from Gambero Rosso for its consistent excellence.

The magical night began with cocktails at 7pm in the Library Lounge followed by the exceptional dinner at The Restaurant. Executive Chef Justin Baziuk created an exclusive menu, including Tasmanian Salmon, Smoked Yellow Fin Tuna Vichyssoise, Sous Vide Dorper Lamb, for event with Sicily in mind.
The menu began with Soft Cured Tasmanian Salmon with lemon yoghurt and compressed apple paired with Lighea. Next comes the Smoked Yellow Fin Tuna Vichyssoise served with Sedàra. The well-crafted meal continues with Sous Vide Dorper Lamb with spring peas and champ partnered with Mille e una Notte and followed by a delicate blood orange sorbet with Kabir. The special meal concludes with Valrhona Manjari 64% with Tonka bean ice cream and raspberry marshmallow served with Ben Ryé.
