The World and Ginger restaurants at Centara Grand at CentralWorld are inaugurating its weekly Surf & Turf dinner buffet on Wednesdays by offering one whole baked Phuket Lobster with Spaghetti or with Hong Kong style noodles per guest, along with wine buffet, for just Baht 1,955 ++ per person.
Also on the buffet table will be a range of other fresh seafood and a selection of grilled meats, smoked salmon, smoked mackerel potato salad, lamb navarin, seared pork chop with onion confit and chipotle jus, grilled sword fish with saffron tomato nage, pork skewers, Wagyu tri tip, Wagyu top serloin and much more. Add to your dinner with the wide selection from the international buffet, including seafood, soup, salad, and a dessert station.
Add to your meal experience with a touch of Asian cuisine which includes Spicy Xichuan soup, roasted Peking duck, BBQ roasted pork, egg noodle with shrimp wanton soup and Stir fried lamb with black pepper at the Chinese station; Chicken Teriyaki, miso soup and yakisoba from the Japanese station; and from the carving station a variety of tempura. Also from the buffet table is a Mongolian station.
A highlight of a single serving of A Whole Phuket Lobster on a nest of Spaghetti A.O.P is served at your table at The World, and A Whole Phuket Lobster on stir-fried Egg Noodles will be served at your table at Ginger.
The Surf & Turf themed buffet will be held every Wednesday evening throughout August 2014.
