Thongchai Chasawath, Director-General of the Department of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand organized the Annual Conference of Thai Consular Official 2014 with the opening speech by Nuttavudh Photisaro, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This conference was held at Dusit Thani Hall of Dusit Thani Bangkok, during August 18-21, 2014.
