AP (Thailand) PCL officially announces a new joint venture with Mitsubishi Estate Group, Japan’s largest property development company by assets, to develop a fourth condominium project together. Sales of the Bht 3.3 billion Aspire Sathorn–Thapra are slated to launch in mid-October with starting prices of just over 1 million baht.
