Bangkok--21 Aug--BrainAsia Communication Dr.Pichet Durongkaveroj, Secretary General of National Science Technology and Innovation Policy Office (STI) together with Prof.Dr.Wanlop Surakampontorn, Director of Thailand Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (THAIST); announced to host Thailand Rail Academy Symposium 2014 which is scheduled on 28-29 August 2014 at Swiss Hotel Le Concorde, Rajadapisake Road. This event’s objectives are to strengthen Thailand’s rail knowledge base and manpower in science and technology to support the country’s more competency and competitiveness, as well as decrease foreign dependency and keep on forwarding Thailand on sustainable development and economy. Main activities comprises of the national rail symposium in the Ballroom led by leading speakers and panelists in rail and transportation industries, and exhibition of various rail manufacturers and service providers. The other part is Rail Best Job Opportunities for students in the Krisana Room where they can meet and talk with rail companies, manufacturers and service providers.The exhibition on students’ research and The Rail Innovation Contest will be highlighted.
