Dusit Thani College in co-operation with Italian Trade Commission, Thailand is organising “Young Italian Master Chefs” for Dusit Thani College’s students. These specialized program will be opened from 16 August – 15 September 2014 and is FREE OF CHARGE.
The “Young Italian Master Chefs” has been designed by four fantastic and highly skilled Italian chefs from well known hotels and restaurants, Chef Silvano Amolini; Executive Chef of Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket, Chef Roberto Bellitti; Executive Chef of EFF Cucina e Stagioni in Milan, Chef Giuseppe Gigantino; Chef de Cuisine of JC Kevin Anantara Group Restaurant Signor Sassi and Cicchetti from London and Chef Lorenzo Stelzer; Chef de Cuisine of Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket. This specialized program is launched for young generation of chefs at Dusit Thani College, to experience authentic Italian cooking through demonstration and practice. The primary objective of this course is to share truly quintessential methods of preparation and cooking of the best of Italian cuisine. Students will have the chance to take a journey through a full course set menu: from Appetizers, Pastas, Main Courses to Desserts and Breads, to practice and experience the heart of Italian gastronomy. Students who pass the test will get a certification also.
“The main aim of this event is to form a young generation of chefs who is passion and love on the authentic Italian gastronomy. Moreover, we also would like to learn them more on the original Italian products, which are the key of real Italian cuisine” said Mr. Fabio De Cillis, Trade Commissioner of Italian Trade Commission Thailand.
