A menu of sea scallops is being presented on our trendy rooftop restaurant, where with the Bangkok skyline as a background you can enjoy dishes like grilled sea scallop and Thai herbs wrapped in iceberg lettuce with peanut sauce, spicy sea scallop soup flavoured with coconut milk, galangal and lemongrass, stir-fried sea scallop with red curry paste and fresh cumin leaves, and wok-fried egg noodles with sea scallop in spicy sweet and sour sauce.
Chili Hip’s Starring Sea Scallops menu is available from 1-30 September. Served from 17.00-23.00 hrs.
