Executive Chef Eric Berrigaud of Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok brings his passion for Singaporean culinary creations to Chatuchak Café from 12 – 20 September 2014.
Being added to the grand international buffet at both lunch and dinner times are a selection of cold, hot and grilled items, noodles, soups and desserts. Dishes include Singapore-style Hainan chicken with rice, chicken liver in soy sauce, stewed lamb in masaman curry, fish-head curry, squid masala, beef stewed in black pepper, and deep-fried mussels.
Prices are Baht 790++ per person for lunch and Baht 890++ per person for dinner, except Seafood Night on Friday, when the price is Baht 1,100++ per person excluding beverages, with Chatuchak Cafe’s famed international dishes also available.
Chatuchak Café, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, is a 180-seat coffee shop open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and serving international and Asian favourites in casual and comfortable surroundings. Buffets are served for breakfast, lunch and dinner, while the a la carte is available around the clock.
