The Thailand Property Awards, 2014 hosted an evening of mixing and mingling, dining and drinking last night at the Conrad Hotel in Bangkok. Attended by the sales and marketing team of Thailand-Property.com, the event proved to be an elegant opportunity to congratulate and support existing clients of the company’s online property portal and print publication, Thailand Property Magazine, in addition to networking with some of the real estate industry’s top professionals.
Congratulations to Thailand-Property.com client, Magnolia Finest Corporation Limited which took home three awards for their development, Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard, and for being Highly Commended in two of the most prestigious categories. The brand can now boast their status as having the Best Residential Architectural Design as well as Best Residential Interior Design, and Special Recognition for CSR. The company was Highly Commended in the category Best Developer Thailand, as well as for Best Luxury Condo Development (Bangkok).
In the category for Best Condo Development (Eastern Seaboard), two Thailand-Property.com clients claimed every nomination. The Nova Group/ Nova Luxury Developments Co., Ltd won the award for their development Amari Residences, and was Highly Commended for their luxury project, The Palm, Wongamat Beach. Tulip Group was Highly Commended for the Centara Avenue Residence & Suites, as well as for Waterfront Suites & Residence. Tulip Group was also Highly Commended in the category Best Hotel Architectural Design for the development Centara Grand Phratamnak.
The category for Best Villa Development (Eastern Seaboard) was dominated by Bravothai Lifestyles Co., Ltd, who took home the award for their project known as The Vineyard, Phase Three, La Residence. The company’s development, Amaya Hill was Highly Commended for the same category.
The Ridge by Panoramic Estate Company, (featured across two pages of the debut issue of Thailand Property Magazine) took home the award for Best Residential Development (Samui). For the same category, two other developments featured on Thailand-Property.com were Highly Commended, including the beachfront residence, Aqua Samui by Luxury Living, as well as the artfully designed Mandalay Beach Villas by Mandalay Samui Developments.
Red Mountain by Red Mountain Hua Hin, (featured in Thailand Property Magazine), was Highly Commended in the category for the Best Residential Developments (Hua Hin). The View Kata Condominium, developed by The View Co., Ltd., was Highly Commended for Best Condo Development (Phuket) award.
