Executive Chef Surapot Inthato has created dishes such as salmon carpaccio and farfalle vegetable salad, prawn in herb cream sauce with pumpkin cappeletti, squid ink spaghetti with scallops and basil, and spinach pasta with lamb and parmesan cheese.
