A grand charity dinner featuring Emmanuel Renaut, Michelin three-star chef from France, will be held for three nights 27 to 29 October at Fifty Five, Centara Grand at CentralWorld.
The proceeds will be donated to helping underprivileged young people in Thailand.Price for the dinner, including matched wines with each course, is Baht 9,999++ per person.
The evening starts with Oscietre caviar on ice followed by lightly smoked salsifi spaghetti with aged tomme and white alba truffle, a course of Lake Geneva burbot and perch cake, followed by poached and roasted pigeon and mushroom polenta, and mountain flavoured venison with root vegetable mousseline. Dessert is a tartlet of autumn flavours followed by pumpkin and honey lemon ice cream.
An auction of rare and fine wines will be held during the evening, with the proceeds going to charity.
