Winfried Hancke (4th left), corporate director of operations at Centara Hotels & Resorts presided over the annual meeting for the group’s food and beverage management team. The meeting was designed to increase the high standard of food and beverage services provided for guests and the attainment of the hotels’ qualitative and quantitative targets. The gathering was welcomed by Marco Metge (5th left), general manager of Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok and Pradapporn Chantaworaluck (7th left), public relations manager of the hotel.
