Her Royal Highness Princess Soamsawali presided over the opening of the awards ceremony “The 8th Combining Mothers’ Hearts for His Majesty the King” to honour the nation’s outstanding mothers, organised by the National Council of Outstanding Mothers under the Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Soamsawali (NCOM). The princess was welcomed by Col. Khunying Asanee Saovapap, president of NCOM at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok.
