Hagi Japanese Restaurant, Bangkok’s famous spot for traditional Japanese food, has a menu of meaty red snapper specialities throughout 5-14 October 2014.
Master chef Iwata is preparing this sweet and protein-rich fish in a variety of traditional ways, with dishes including Japanese red snapper sushi (THB 300++), Japanese red snapper sashimi (THB 650++), Japanese red snapper carpaccio with yuzu pepper vinaigrette (THB 680++), grilled Japanese red snapper with sea salt (THB 1,100++) and braised Japanese red snapper with sweet soy (THB 1,200++). To enhance your dining pleasure there is a wide range choice of quality drinks including Japanese tea, herbal dirnks and sake.
Hagi is a traditional Japanese restaurant, with seven private rooms to choose from. Savour a teppanyaki dish or any of the more than 50 authentic dishes in an atmosphere reminiscent of Japan. Hagi is located on the Lower Lobby floor, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok.
