Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN), Thailand’s largest retail property developer, has been selected to be the prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) Member, one of the world’s most credible benchmarks for sustainability. CPN is listed on the DJSI Emerging Market index in 2014. This success is a confirmation of CPN’s effort to improve sustainability across the entire spectrum of its business which leads to establishing credibility in global investor community.

Dow Jones Sustainability Index or DJSI is one of the world’s premier sustainability indices that monitor the performance of the world's leading companies in terms of economic, environmental and social criteria conducted by RebecoSAM. DJSI is the longest-running global sustainability benchmark worldwide and has become the key reference point in sustainability investing for investors globally. CPN is among the top 800 companies in 20 emerging markets and is deemed one of the Index’s sustainability leaders. The company needed to go through 200 assessments in 3 dimensions including corporate governance, environment and social. The eligible companies need to have overall rating of over 50% in the sector that they are in.
