Chatuchak Café, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, has an array of traditional German Oktoberfest dishes that are being added to the grand international lunch and dinner buffet from 3 to 17 October 2014.
Paulaner beer is also available during this period.
The buffet price is for food only and remains unchanged at Baht 790 per person for lunch, and Baht 890 for dinner. Prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
The Oktoberfest dishes include salads such as cucumber dill salad, Bavarian sausage salad, and herring in tomato sauce. The cold cut platter includes a selection of German sausages, smoked meat and fish, as well as German breads and rolls.
On the main course section of the buffet, dishes include pork knuckle, smoked rack of pork, beef goulash with red cabbage, pan-fried salmon trout with almond and parsley butter, pork leg with crackling, and Vienna-style pork schnitzel.
Buffet lunch is served from 11.30 until 14.30 hrs, and dinner between 18.00 and 22.30 hrs.
Chatuchak Café, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok is a 180-seat coffee shop open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and serving international and Asian favourites in casual and comfortable surroundings. Buffets are served for breakfast, lunch and dinner, while the a la carte is available around the clock.
