In commemoration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok in collaboration with leading brands tuêra, Tu'i and SETTE, proudly presents a Pink Afternoon Tea Party.The charitable event with fashion show for a good cause will take place at the Lobby Lounge on Saturday, 18 October 2014, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Guests are invited to dress in pink to the party, where the hotel’s Executive Pastry Chef Reinolf Moessl will present the unique set of Pink Afternoon Tea, consisting of pink- toned sweets and savouries, as well as specially created edible brands’ signature items to honour all women around the world and the greatness that resides within them.
The party’s highlights will include a fashion show of tuêra’s new collection “The Pink Light of Hope”, a display of Tu'i Bags and SETTE jewellery.
Proceeds from the event and 10 per cent of the Pink Afternoon Tea set sales throughout October 2014 will benefit the Queen Sirikit Centre for Breast Cancer Foundation.
Tickets to the Pink Afternoon Tea Party are priced at Bt1,600 net per person and include one Get Pink Pin Card valued Bt500 for a discount on breast mammogram or ultrasound at 10 leading hospitals.
