Bavarian delights prepared by our Executive Chef Alessandro Martinelli and his culinary team complete the vibrant festive spirit. Savour selections from assorted German cold cuts to German potato salad with bacon and chives. Tantalise your taste buds with traditional favourites such as roasted pork leg, apple horseradish sauce, beer caraway jus, Bavarian meat loaf and salmon medallions in mustard dill sauce with glazed cucumbers.
The Barbecue Grill offers veal, pork, herb and Thuringian brats. Indulge in sumptuous smoky honey beer glazed pork spare ribs German style from the live barbecue grill.
