Kobkarn Wattanavrangkul, Minister of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports was the honourary guest to attend the 25th/2012-2014 Tourism Council of Thailand (TCT)’s Board of Directors Meeting at Napalai Room, Dusit Thani Bangkok, and received the TCT’s tourism strategy from Piyaman Tejapaibul, TCT President.
